The house is redesigned, trying to meet your needs. I made two apartments of approximately similar square meters with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a comfortable living room.
In the new organisation I tried to get the maximum of the space. The two separate entrances are also provided. In some places new openings were made in the load-bearing walls, but I took care that they were not too large to endanger the main structure.
The house can be furnished and decorated in a beautiful Mediterranean style which in this case would be just right. Of course, landscaping is a story in itself that can make this space perfect for the life of any family.
