Your apartment is designed to satisfy as better as possible the requirements for furniture adequated to accommodate six guests, and to create a space suitable for comfortable stay.
As you have requested, the modern style is implemented in furniture selection and surface finish. It is suggested to use materials of blue shade (fabric of which pillows are made, mediapan for kitchen elements, wall finish- colors, blue marble in the bathroom, colored brick lining in the living room...). This color, of course, associates with the proximity to the sea, creates an impression of freshness and purity during hot summer days.
In the living room, it is suggested to create a custom TV shelf, made of white o dirty white material, which creates a nice contrast to the blue wall. Contrast to the white shelf, chairs and dinning table is a sliding door wardrobe, placed behind the sofa bed, made of wood-mimicking material. This material is also used in the kitchen, bathroom an wardrobe in bedrooms ( as you can see in renders views). The kitchen can be custom made, which would be practical because of the dimensions that change as you approach the balcony door, even though you can also find a finished kitchen that could similarly fit into a given space. In one bedroom is used regular sofa bed, while in another room is used a bed sofa that consists of two part that can be separated and used as two beds.
The bathroom has a suspended ceiling to install the proposed lighting.
