DESCRIPTION

The project aims to make the most of the potential of the envelope.
We tried to keep what was the starting point without completely distorting the existing constraints (windows, pillars and exhaust pipes, for the latter, it is true that they could be moved but usually it is always better to keep them in the original position, where possible) . Both bathrooms mainteins windows and the sleeping area is well defined by a hallway that can be used as a service space for the washing machine. Wasted spaces are reduced to a minimum and the whole is fluid and functional. The double exposure of the day area (as requested) allows better ventilation and natural lighting; living room and dining room communicate but at the same time they are divided by the translucent box that acts as a wardrobe, allowing to fully comply with current regulations in terms of aeroilluminating regulations.

01_MAIN ENTRANCE: Maintaining the main entrance where it was already planned allows us to save money on the security door.
02_LIVING ROOM: The living room can be arranged as best as you like. We have all the necessary space to be able to equip both currently free walls.
03_DESK POSITION AND STUDIO: Is the best location for a small study area. Next to the window we have enough light to read, study or work.
04_EQUIPPED WALL: Having opened the dining-living area to the full length of the apartment, the wall adjoining the other apartment is perfect for the inclusion of a bookcase and TV cabinet.
05_CLOAKROOM: It is probably the most interesting element of the project. It consists of a translucent box that separates the dining room with the living room but at the same time allows the light to permeate from both large openings. Dividing but not interrupting the spaces, allows us to respond perfectly to the regulations in terms of aeroilluminating regulations of the surfaces.
06_WASHING MACHINE: Taking advantage of the hallway, the washing machine finds a perfect location.
07_SHOWER: The perfect space for a nice walk-in shower.
08_DESK: Under the window can be equipped with many different furnishings. Moreover, it allows you to always have full light and a nice view for the study.
09_BATHTUB: As there is a window, this is the best position for a small but comfortable bathtub. If necessary, it can become a shower with a rotating glass.
