30 years old apartment renovation in fasano

This is a 30 years old apartment that I’d like to renovate in order to have a better internal disposition of the rooms. My main focus is the dining room and the entrance that I’d like to be nicer than they are now.

The first thing to change are the entrance doors that lead to the living room and to the sleeping area. In fact, according to me they are too visible at first glance when you enter the front door.

Regarding the kitchen disposition, I’d not like to do big changes to the water plant.

In the floorplan you can see a room that is marked with a big “x”, here you can obtain another room: for example, another bathroom, a studio or another room that lead to the bathroom. Bear in mind that in this room the roof is glazed. This room could be connected to the entrance room through a glass door or some other kind of opening you could suggest.

The style of the apartment will not be too modern. Bear in mind that I will keep the actual flooring that is made of marble (Perlato di Sicilia). I will also keep the current disposition of the windows and of the main door.

In the apartment ceiling there are three beams, left, right and central.
The height of the apartment is about 3.1 meters.

Si tratta di un appartamento di circa 30 anni, il mio obbiettivo è quello di avere una miglior disposizione degli spazi, in particolare sala da pranzo, ingresso, rendendolo ovviamente più carino.

La prima cosa da cambiare è l'insieme tra porta salone e l’arco per la zona notte visibile di primo impatto all'ingresso dell’appartamento. Per quanto riguarda la disposizione della cucina, vorrei non fare molte modifiche all'impianto idrico.

Nell'appartamento c'è una zona riportata in pianta come lavanderia, ovvero è un androne contrassegnato con una X, qui se possibile creare non so tipo un altro bagno, oppure una stanza studio visto che il solaio è illuminato da vetri, oppure una stanza o due che collega ai due bagni. L’androne o atrio potrebbe avere un collegamento nella zona ingresso, non saprei tipo una vetrata o altro.

Lo stile dell’appartamento non troppo moderno, anche perché il pavimento resterà l'attuale ovvero marmo Perlato di Sicilia. Come anche le disposizioni delle porte/finestre esterne resteranno invariate.

Nel soffitto dell'appartamento si vedono le travi a coltello, sinistra, destra e centrale dell’immobile. L'appartamento ha una altezza di circa 3,10 m dal pavimento.
