Face Lifting To My Open Space Plus Bathroom/laundry

Dear designers,
this apartment has been completely renovated about 10 years ago. We did an exterior insulation finishing system, we placed Schuco Fixtures and glasses with low thermal transmittance and we installed an air conditioning system powered with electricity both for heating and cooling. Unfortunately, this was a wrong choice and we now don’t have in the house a comfortable temperature during the year.
For this reason, I’d like to install some radiator to improve the heating during the winter and I’d like them to be as much discreet as possible. I am very fond of boiseries, I think they could be useful to hide the radiators and to help me better organize the house.
I’d like to have a half bathroom for guest with also a small laundry.
I’d like to create an opening between the open space living and the garden.
Furthermore, I’d like to realize a porch just outside the kitchen and a canopy of the same style that covers all the windows and doors of the ground floor.
I’d like to maintain my furniture, maybe we can renovate the sofa’s upholstery, I’d like it to be gray with some colored pillows, maybe acid green or something similar. I’d also like to put curtains or shielding to the windows.

L’immobile per il quale chiediamo consulenza è stato completamente ristrutturato 10 anni fa. Sulle pareti esterne è stato fatto il cappotto; sono stati montati infissi esterni Schuco con vetri a bassa trasmittanza ed è stato installato un impianto di condizionamento alimentato elettricamente sia per riscaldare che per raffreddare. Purtroppo questo tipo di impianto si è rivelato nel tempo una scelta sbagliata perchè non garantisce un comfort termico adeguato. Pertanto vorrei integrare il sistema di riscaldamento/ raffreddamento esistente con dei radiatori che si notino il meno possibile( mi piacciono molto le boiserie) per migliorare il comfort termico, organizzare meglio gli spazi per renderli più accoglienti e fruibili, realizzare un bagno ospiti minimal ma funzionale con lavanderia annessa. Mi piacerebbe creare un'”apertura”, un collegamento dell’open space al giardino. Inoltre vorrei realizzare una sorta di pergolato sullo spazio prospiciente la cucina che comunica con l’esterno attraverso grandi vetrate e una copertura continua sulle finestre e porte del piano terra possibilmente dello stesso stile del pergolato. Mi piacerebbe mantenere gli arredi cambiando magari la tappezzeria del divano ( tonalità del grigio con qualche cuscino di colore vivace tipo verde acido) e mettere tende o schermature alle finestre.
