Briefing

Si chiede di progettare una facciata di un edificio di colore giallo nelle fotografie.
La nuova facciata si svilupperà fino alla gronda del fabbricato limitrofo più alto, e le misure sono di mt 8,40 di larghezza e 14,00 mt circa di altezza.
Detto edificio sarà adibito al piano terra a Bar/Ristorante e al piano primo e secondo Hotel.
La facciata è di libera progettazione, una indicazione del nostro pensiero è contenuta nel disegno di facciata che prevede una parte a "verde verticale" e una parte con intonaco a cappotto, prevediamo inoltre che si possano modificare le forometrie delle 4 finestre, noi pensavamo di abbassare il bancale per verticalizzare.
La facciata dovrà essere interamente coibentata con cappotto dello spessore di 10 cm circa. Nella parte superiore della facciata noi abbiamo previsto una struttura metallica di sostegno che sostenga un "giardino" verticale leggermente inclinato verso l'esterno per mantenere il tetto con la gronda esistente.
La finitura superficiale a "giardino/verde" può essere modificata a piacere del progettista, come anche la tinteggiatura e la finitura superficiale del cappotto nella parte più bassa.
La facciata dovrà obbligatoriamente contenere un pannello pubblicitario a LED delle dimensioni di 3 mt di larghezza e 2 mt di altezza, inoltre la facciata dovrà contenere pannelli di solare termico per circa 5 mq in verticale e circa 10 mq di pannelli fotovoltaici in orizzontale sulla sommità della facciata.
E' molto gradito se la quantità di pannelli di solare termico potesse arrivare a 10 mq e a 20/30 mq o più, la superficie orizzontale a fotovoltaico.
Non è consentito aumentare il volume del fabbricato esistente.
La struttura della facciata è vista anche nella parte laterale, tale vista laterale (vedi foto) dovrà avere un impatto visuale almeno discreto.
