Briefing

Exterior of a summer house. This summer house is old and ugly and as been developed layer after layer with no plan. The goal now is to restructure completely the exteriors. A new adjacent piece of soil has been just bought. So the car gate will be placed in front of the new piece of soil. Also some shaded parking spots will be positioned in the new area. And also some dogs area will be put in the new area (see pictures). The floors, lawn, garden, shelters, terrace, paintings, windows, cosmetics, everything else has to be reorganized. The goal is to have a "style", can be Mediterranean, Greek, Provencal, Hamptons, adirondack, minimal, but has to have a sort of consistent style because now is very random. Follow the style that can leverage the most on what's already existing. See more details in the pictures. We like white, blue, wood, stones, plants, concrete, bamboo. The house is in the countryside at less than one KM from the beach, so it falls in between country and beach style.
