enlargement apartment with mini apartment

Salve a tutti,
Siamo una coppia con 2 figli maschi ed abitiamo in un parco con appartamenti con dimensioni uguali.
Siamo proprietari di un appartamento con ingresso Pal. 3 (vedi piantina catastale Pal. 3 e 4) ed abbiamo acquistato l’appartamento confinante con ingresso dalla Pal. 4.
Abbiamo l’esigenza di ingrandire il nostro appartamento prendendoci 2 stanze ed il bagno dell’appartamento confinante (Pal. 4) e la restante parte dell’appartamento confinante (Pal. 4) vogliamo creare un mini appartamento per affittarlo.
Il nostro appartamento Pal. 3 è stato ristrutturato e modificato come da piantina allegata (Piantina Pal. 3) e essendo in buono stato riteniamo di non doverlo modificare tranne nella zona di collegamento con il nuovo appartamento Pal. 4.
Con le 2 nuove stanze vorremmo allargare il Living e creare la nostra zona notte con una cabina armadio per mia moglie, allargare il bagno e creare la stanza matrimoniale con armadio lasciando le vecchie stanze da letto adiacente al bagno (Pal. 3) ai nostri figli. L’esigenza di inserire un armadio nella camera da letto matrimoniale è perché prevediamo di eliminare l’armadio nella stanza più piccola per dare maggiore spazio alla stanza.
Per il mini appartamento da creare nella restante parte dell’appartamento (Pal. 4) necessita la creazione di un bagno, creare una cucina con living nonché una stanza matrimoniale ed una stanzetta anche da creare successivamente per una coppia con figlio.

We are a couple with 2 sons and we live in a park with apartments with equal size.
We own an apartment with entrance Pal. 3 (see map cadastral Pal. 3 and 4), and we bought the apartment adjacent to the entrance Pal. 4.
We need to enlarge our apartment by taking 2 bedrooms and the bathroom of the neighboring (Pal. 4) and the remaining part of the apartment adjoining (Pal. 4) we want to create a mini apartment for rent it.
Our apartment Pal. 3 has been renovated and modified as per attached map (Map Pal. 3) and being in good condition we would not have to change except in the area of connection to the new apartment Pal. 4.
With the 2 new rooms we would like to enlarge the Living and create our own bedroom with a walk-in closet for my wife, enlarge the bathroom and create a double bedroom with wardrobe, leaving the old bedroom adjacent to the bathroom (Pal. 3) our children . The need to incorporate a closet in the master bedroom is because we plan to eliminate the closet in the smaller room to give more space to the room.
For studio flats to be created in the remaining part of the apartment (Pal. 4) requires the creation of a bathroom, create a kitchen with a living room and a bedroom and a small room to create even then for a couple with child.
