This project was carried out with all the requested requirements and following local regulations. Since there were 4 windows on the main façade, we decided to assign 2 to the bedrooms. Dark bedrooms are usually uncomfortable at night, they lack lighting and ventilation, so we didn't see any point in it. All other windows were assigned to the social area as requested. The hall has a dressing room and seating for the guests, we wanted to have a beautiful entrance, since the social area is inevitably far away due to the windows, that is why we filled it with vegetation, lights and mirrors for a visual contrast on the way . We did not know what type of sport you practice, so we decided to give you complete freedom of furniture in the gym. The entire private area is on the left side, all rooms have a personalized assigned bathroom.
