Description

Dear client,

I hope I've succeeded in creating a proposal that meets your needs and expectations.

I've tried to maintain the integrity of style in the apartment as you mentioned as a request in the brief.
No changes were made regarding walls except a few changes in the positioning of doors in the bathrooms to gain a better organization inside the bathroom.

The entrance to the apartment through the kitchen is closed. By doing this a small niche is naturally created in that space. As the water installations are existing in this area, I would recommend using this niche as a laundry space by placing a washing machine and dryer if needed on top of the washing and having a basket and all washing supplies in a built-in shelf in the niche. This niche would then be enclosed as a cabinet and the laundry would be hidden inside.

In the kitchen, the sink is moved to the opposite side of the room to make a more functional placement of kitchen elements possible. Changing the position of the sink is easy since bathroom 1 is on the same wall (other side of the wall) as the new sink and making new installations is therefore simple. The boiler could be moved to the balcony in the inner courtyard but it is not necessary in this scenario.

The lounge area with entrance and dining area are explained in more detail in the proposal itself.

The study is composed according to the needs you listed in the brief and comment section

Both bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower, double sink, toilets, and bidet. With the difference in positioning and scale. Bathroom 1 could hold the washing machine if that is something you would prefer while placing a pantry in the niche mentioned earlier. And bathroom 2 has an additional nook for relaxation.

Both bedrooms are very similar and flexible depending on your needs for wardrobe space.

For the storage room if I understood correctly a laundry was possibly planed there earlier. Since that would mean making new installations to this part of the apartment, it is not something I would advise. I propose keeping it as a walk-in wardrobe, pantry, or general storage.

The finishes are listed according to the standard RAL color palette and tiles are only positioned in regard to type and distribution on the walls.

If you decide to go in this direction and chose this proposal, feel free to contact me for any additional assistance, information, or additional drawing of any particular part of the proposal.

Kind regards.
