For your design I created a 3D design to understand the layout better.
In this design the most important fact is to save the space and use it wisely by choosing the right type of sanitary to avoid chaos with too many sanitary in a tiny space.
Therefore, I recommend that you place a toilet with integrated bidet with the smart technology of self-cleaning for maximum comfort instead of two pieces beside each other. I also added a faucet and a hose right next to the toilet for the hygiene area.
