Nel soggiorno, i mobili del camino sono progettati riutilizzando 2 dei moduli della libreria (libreria), e il suo stile si adatta perfettamente al rimodellamento, sono dipinti di bianco per dare loro un'immagine fresca e contemporanea.
Il tavolo della sala da pranzo si trova al centro dello spazio come punto di incontro che articola l'area sociale.
La camera da letto principale è posizionata in modo da poter sfruttare un balcone esistente per trasformarlo in balcone privato, e per utilizzare lo spazio originario del ripostiglio come parte della cabina armadio.
