The main idea is to divide the old apartment into two separate apartments
1 with 3 bedrooms including (1 with bathroom)
kitchen and laundry and adding the living area in the terrace
Bathroom and this was the apartment facing the large terrace

the other apartment for rental
1 bedroom and bathroom , living and kitchen
