I migliori saluti! Innanzitutto ho deciso di lasciare le pareti divisorie esistenti con alcune modifiche per ottenere una maggiore apertura. L'appartamento più piccolo oltre ad un ampio soggiorno, camera da letto e bagno ha una piccola cucina che è separata dal resto della zona giorno da uno schermo. Il design è minimalista e dominato da colori luminosi e freschi. L'appartamento più grande è dotato ha due camere e due bagni di cui uno privato, è presente anche un guardaroba che può essere utilizzato come ripostiglio. Oltre ad un ampio soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina ed una camera da letto ha la possibilità di accesso al terrazzo. Piccole modifiche avvengono alla finestra sul terrazzo le cui dimensioni vengono aumentate per migliorare l'illuminazione. La planimetria è fatta in modo che i due appartamenti possano essere utilizzati separatamente e come una singola unità con ingresso comune.
