Below are some explanations about your apartment design:
1. All interior walls in each unit are new.
2. Of course we maintain the exterior wall and the dividing wall between the two apartment units.
3. Two apartment units have kitchens (although quite small). The location of the kitchen is very close to the entrance. The goal is to make it easier for residents to immediately clean their hands on the sink so that hygiene is maintained. Of course this is related to the pandemic we are currently experiencing.
4. All bedrooms in each unit have window access so that natural light can be obtained during the day.
