.We'd like to have a contemporary, modern style but that takes alsointo account the history of our house.
We are a family of four, we have 2 children of 18 and 20. We'd like to put the living area in the east side of the ground floor (former stable), with the kitchen on the north and the living on the south. Here we want to have a fireplace. On the west side (former carriage depot), we'd like to have the guest room with bathroom and changing room + relax/living area. On the ground floor we aso need a second bathroom + laundry space and a small changing space near the main entrance (south). Finally, we'd like to give value to the stairs, maybe we can change its position.
As regars the upper floor, we need 3 open space areas: 1) the master bedroom + master bathroom/spa + changing room + study + sofa (on the south-east, photo 15) 2) 2 kids bedrooms + 2 bathrooms + changing space + study (south-west, photo 20). Finally we also need a laundry room and a space to put TV and music system.

Desideriamo uno stile contemporaneo che entri in perfetta sintonia con le origini storiche della nostra casa.
Siamo una famiglia con due figli di 18 e 20 anni. Al piano terra vorremmo localizzare nella parte est ( stalla) la zona cucina-soggiorno con la cucina verso il lato nord e soggiorno lato sud. All'interno di questo spazio vorremmo prevedere la presenza di un camino. Nella parte ovest
(deposito carrozze) vorremmo invece localizzare una camera degli ospiti con annesso bagno e spazio spogliatoio ed un angolo soggiorno -relax. Al piano terra, inoltre vorremmo ricavare un'altro bagno con lavanderia e un piccolo spazio spogliatoio vicino l'ingresso principale (sud). Infine vorremmo valorizzare di piu' la scala anche eventualmente cambiandogli posizione. Passando al primo piano vorremmo creare tre aree open space: la prima a sud est (spazio sopra stalla, foto 15) dove sistemare la camera da letto, area bagno-spa, area spogliatoio e angolo studio-divano. Nella parte sud ovest ( spazio sopra deposito carrozze , foto 20) vorremmo ricavare le aree per ciascun figlio comprese sempre di camera , bagno, area spogliatoio, studio. Infine al piano primo vorremmo avere uno spazio per la lavanderia e uno per tv-musica.
