Ciao a tutti, la nostra famiglia è composta da 2 adulti ed 1 bambino (sperando di allargarla in futuro); viviamo molto la zona giorno e ci piace incontrare settimanalmente i parenti. Abbiamo appena acquistato un attico e superattico in costruzione che quindi al momento esiste solo sulla carta :(

Il supporto che vi chiediamo è quello di organizzare la zona giorno -Cucina, Soggiorno, Sala da Pranzo- sia dell’attico che del superattico (collegati da scala interna ma quest'ultimo avente anche ingresso indipendente con ascensore) per vedere come meglio possono rispondere alle nostre esigenze. In particolare vogliamo capire come funzionerà la convivenza di una doppia zona giorno sui due piani e come distribuire cucina, soggiorno e sala da pranzo tra di essi.
A riguardo abbiamo già qualche idea ma, come indicato nel titolo del contest, siamo un po' perplessi; l'idea è la seguente (non è assolutamente un’imposizione alla vostra creatività e nuove proposte saranno ben accette):
1- Quando siamo in famiglia (o con pochi ospiti) evitare di andare al piano superiore e quindi cercare di vivere il quotidiano prevalentemente al piano attico
2- Quando siamo in compagnia di amici e parenti (circa 12-14 persone) privilegiare la vita al piano superiore che vogliamo assolutamente utilizzare e valorizzare soprattutto per l'ampissimo terrazzo di circa 140 mq (considerate che gli ospiti potrebbero accedere direttamente dall'ingresso separato)
3- Avere un soggiorno e una sala pranzo sia sull’attico che sul superattico ma:
3a- Al piano attico privilegiare l’idea di soggiorno a scapito della sala da pranzo
3b- Al superattico privilegiare la zona sala da pranzo a scapito del soggiorno (per almeno 5 mesi all’anno si potrà vivere tutta l'ampia zona del terrazzo che arrederemo a dovere con un altro contest :) )

Questi sono i requisiti desiderati:
- Ambienti open-space, non ci piace una rigida suddivisione degli spazi
- Ambienti in stile moderno
- Ambienti funzionali con ampia capienza (potremmo non avere un ripostiglio, a meno di non progettarlo nel sottoscala, e quindi servono spazi contenitori)
- Ambienti chiari e luminosi ma con qualche elemento di contrasto per non essere monotoni
- Avere almeno una sala da pranzo in grado di ospitare, all’occorrenza, 12 persone
- Per il pavimento ci piacerebbe che sia un parquet chiaro o un gres porcellanato stile parquet sempre chiaro
- In cucina ci devono essere frigorifero, lavello a due vasche, forno, microonde e lavastoviglie
- In cucina sarebbe bello avere una penisola o isola (se si riesce :) )
- Se sono previsti divani prevedere se possibile divani letto
- Definire elementi di arredo come lampade o quadri ed indicare il tipo di illuminazione (led, faretti, ...)
- Avere una scala interna comoda e moderna: ci piacerebbe che fosse sfruttato anche il sottoscala (magari con un piccolo ripostiglio) purchè non sia a discapito dell'effetto complessivo

Questi sono i vincoli o le informazioni note:
- Altezza soffitto ridotta 2,70m al piano attico. Al superattico l'altezza segue l'andamento del tetto e varia da 3,91m in prossimità della porta di ingresso a 2,20m in corrispondenza della porta-finestra
- La cucina dovrebbe rimanere, almeno per il momento, al piano attico (al piano superiore non c'è il gas)
- Per il riscaldamento, non ci sono radiatori esterni (la casa utilizzerà sistemi radianti a pavimento e ventilazione meccanica controllata)
- E’ prevista la scelta con il costruttore delle rifiniture (materiali e colori del pavimento, delle finestre e dei muri). Eventuali variazioni di tipo strutturale vanno concordate e quindi non possiamo dire ad ora se siano fattibili. Ci piacerebbe tuttavia, non escluderle a priori
- Avremmo un budget medio per arredare tutta casa (arredamento standard), se però, per qualche singolo elemento, è necessario qualcosa di ricercato va bene anche una spesa maggiore (se possibile indicateci dove poter acquistare gli elementi dell’arredo)

Gli output previsti dal contesto di tipo ADVANCED (schema di arredamento, piantine, render) dovrebbero andare più che bene. Se fosse possibile però ci piacerebbe avere 2/3 render di ciascuna delle aree (Cucina, Soggiorno, Sala da Pranzo) ma soprattutto della Cucina.

Note sugli allegati:
- Allegati A1. Piantine con le misure delle diverse stanze. La zona oggetto di questo contest è SOLO quella evidenziata in GIALLO (Cucina, Soggiorno, Sala da Pranzo) nella piantina dell'attico e del superattico
- Allegato A2. Cartina originale del costruttore: SOLO per mostrare come erano previsti originalmente gli spazi. Le modifiche che abbiamo già concordato con il costruttore non sono molte: spostamento del bagno più a sinistra ed eliminazione delle pareti della cucina verso il soggiorno per favorire un open space; utilizzo di una porta a scrigno tra la zona giorno e zona notte
- Allegato A3. Sezione verticale del superattico con le misure dell'altezza del soffitto
- Allegato A4. Riporta i possibili punti degli scarichi dell'acqua.

Hi all, our family consists of 2 adults and 1 child (hoping to enlarge the family in future); we spend a lot of time in the living area and we like to meet relative sweekly. We have just purchased a penthouse on 2 floors; actually it is under construction, so it exists only on chart.

The help we ask is to organize the living area - that is to say Kitchen, Living room, Dining room - both downstairs that upstairs to understand how best they can meet our needs (the 2 floors are connected with an internal staircase although you may directly arrive to the upstairs by an external elevator and enter the house by a separate entrance). In particular, we want to understand how best we can organize the coexistence of a double living area on two floors and how we can distribute Kitchen, Living room, Dining room between the 2 floors.
We allready have some ideas but, as we show in the contest title, we are a bit confused. Our idea is as follows (but it must not be a limitation to your creativity and your new proposals will be welcomed):

1- When we are at home or when we have a few guests, we think we are mainly at the downstairs
2- When we are with our friends or with our relatives (about 12-14 persons), we think we prefer to stay mainly at the upstairs because we want to use and exploit the very large terrace of about 140 square meters (consider that guests may access directly to the upstairs by the separate entrance)
3- In general, we think we have a living room and a dining room both at the downstairs and at the upstairs but:
3a- At the downstairs we think we have a room with characteristics more similar to a living room rather than a dining room
3b- At the upstairs, we think we have a room with characteristics more similar to a comfortable dining room rather than only a living room (you have to consider that, for at least 5 months of the year we can exploit all the large terrace that we will furnish through another contest :) )

These are the desired requirements:
- Open-space environments, we do not like a rigid division of space
- Modern environments
- Functional environments with large storage capacity (we could not have a closet, unless you design it under the stairs, therefore container furnitures are necessary)
- Bright environments with some contrast elements in order to not to be monotonous
- To have at least a dining room that can accommodate, if necessary, 12 people
- About the flooring, we would like to have a light parquet or a light porcelain gres with parquet style
- In the kitchen, there will be a fridge, a double sink, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher
- It would be nice to have a kitchen with island or peninsula
- If possible we would like to have at least a sofa that can become a sofa bed
- It's necessary to define design elements such as lamps or paintings and to indicate the kind of lighting (ex. led, spotlights, ...)
- We would like to have a comfortable and modern staircase to go to the upstairs: if possible, it would be nice also to use the space under the staircase (planning a small closet) provided that the overall result is modern and beautiful

There are constraints, and known information:
- The ceiling is high 2,70m at the downstairs. At the upstairs, the ceiling height follows the slope of the roof and it varies from 3,91m near the entrance door to 2,20m in correspondence of the window
- If possible the kitchen should be at the downstairs (at the upstairs there isn't gas)
- About heating, there aren't external radiators (there are radiant floor systems and controlled mechanical ventilation)
- We will choose the finishings with the builder (materials and colours of floors, windows and walls). Any structural changes must be agreed with the builder, as a consequence at the moment we can't say if they can be feasible. However, if you have any ideas on possible structural changes we'd like to know it and not to exclude it a priori
- We have a medium budget to furnish the whole house(standard furnishing); however, if, for some single element, you think about special something, we can evaluate of spending a little more (if possible, indicate where we may buy design elements)

We expect that you produce the outputs established by the contest of ADVANCED type (furnishing scheme, plans, render). In particular, if possible, we would like to have 2 or 3 renders of each area (kitchen, living room, dining room) and especially of the kitchen.

About attachments, you find:
- Attachment A1. Plans with the measures of different rooms. ONLY the area highlighted in YELLOW (kitchen, living room, dining room) in the plan of the apartment (see the 2 floors) is object of this contest
- Attachment A2. Original plan of the builder: ONLY to show how the spaces were originally. The changes that we have already approved by the builder are few: the bathroom has been moved on the left, the walls of the kitchen towards the living room have been removed in order to have an open space, a sliding door was used to separate the living area from the sleeping area
- Attachment A3. It's the vertical section of the upstairs with the measures of the ceiling height
- Attachment A4. It shows the possible locations of the water drain.
