Il progetto riguarda una villa stile liberty di ampie dimensioni con giardino, garage nel centro della cittadina. Vorremmo valutare il frazionamento della villa in 2 o tre soluzioni abitative e al contempo usufruire degli incentivi energetici, incluso il bonus 110%.
Per la caratteristica della villa e l'ottimo stato di manutenzione si preferirebbe non toccare la parte esterna per preservarne l'autenticità
Nel dividere la casa bisogna pensare come posizionare gli ingressi, pensandola come unita' mutifamigliare.
Inserire un ascensore esterno sul lato nord può essere una opzione.
