Ho analizzato con attenzione la Sua richiesta e le indicazioni condivise nella sezione domande e risposte. Sulla base delle Sue esigenze, ho progettato una villa su un unico livello di circa 155 m² lordi, esclusi il garage e la veranda bioclimatica.
Le pareti esterne sono state disegnate con blocchi Ytong da 45 cm, mentre le pareti interne sono previste con uno spessore di 20 cm. La struttura è organizzata con elementi da 50 x 50 cm, con una distanza massima di circa 7,5 metri tra gli appoggi principali. Il livello del pavimento finito è rialzato di 65 cm rispetto al terreno, come richiesto.
Per ottenere un aspetto moderno ed elegante, sono state proposte diverse altezze interne: circa 4,00 m per la zona soggiorno e cucina a vista, e circa 3,00 m per le camere da letto e gli ambienti di servizio. Naturalmente, queste altezze possono essere modificate in base alle Sue preferenze.
La villa dispone di due accessi principali. Il primo ingresso è collegato alla veranda attraverso le grandi aperture scorrevoli della zona giorno, mentre il secondo ingresso si trova sul lato sinistro e permette un accesso più diretto alla zona notte.
Accanto alla veranda è stata progettata una cucina chiusa, collegata alla cucina a vista e al soggiorno tramite una porta in vetro. Questa soluzione offre grande flessibilità: la porta può rimanere aperta per creare un ambiente più ampio e conviviale, oppure può essere chiusa durante la preparazione dei pasti per evitare la diffusione degli odori nella zona giorno.
Come richiesto, la camera matrimoniale è stata posizionata sul lato est, in modo da beneficiare della luce del mattino e dell’alba. La camera comprende una cabina armadio e un bagno privato con jacuzzi. È stata inoltre prevista una finestra con una piccola zona relax orientata verso la vista esterna.
Il garage è stato collocato in una posizione più arretrata rispetto alla facciata principale, sul lato posteriore dell’edificio, e include anche una piccola area DIY/lavoro. Le immagini delle facciate e degli interni sono state inserite per rendere più chiara la lettura del progetto e l’atmosfera generale della villa.
Per gli interni sono stati scelti materiali moderni e caldi. Per camere, soggiorno e corridoi è previsto un gres porcellanato effetto legno, mentre per le zone umide e la cucina chiusa sono state scelte finiture ceramiche. L’obiettivo è creare un ambiente accogliente, elegante e senza tempo.

I carefully reviewed your brief and the comments shared in the Q&A section. Based on your requirements, I designed a single-storey villa of approximately 155 m² gross area, excluding the garage and the bioclimatic veranda.
The external walls are designed with 45 cm Ytong blocks, while the internal partitions are planned as 20 cm walls. The structural grid includes 50 x 50 cm columns/beams, with a maximum spacing of approximately 7.5 meters. The finished floor level is raised 65 cm above the ground, as requested.
To achieve a modern and elegant architectural appearance, I proposed different ceiling heights: approximately 4.00 m for the living room and open kitchen area, and 3.00 m for the bedrooms and service areas. These heights can be revised according to your preferences.
The villa has two main access points. One entrance is connected to the veranda through the large sliding openings facing the living area, while the second entrance is located on the left side, providing more direct access to the bedroom zone.
Next to the veranda, I designed a closed kitchen, connected to the open kitchen and living room through a glass door. This solution offers flexibility: the kitchen can remain open to create a larger and more social space, or it can be closed while cooking to prevent odors from reaching the living area.
As requested, the master bedroom has been placed on the east side, allowing it to benefit from the sunrise. The room includes a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a jacuzzi. A window and a small sitting area have also been arranged to enjoy the view and morning light.
The garage is positioned away from the main façade, towards the rear side of the house, and includes a small DIY/work area. The façade views and interior design images have been added to help you better understand the overall concept and atmosphere of the project.
For the interior design, I selected warm and modern materials. Wood-effect porcelain tiles are proposed for the bedrooms, living area, and corridors, while ceramic finishes are used for the wet areas and the closed kitchen. The material choices aim to create a comfortable, elegant, and timeless living environment.
