Dear Client,

As you can see in the attached file, I created an interior plan that perfectly aligns with your description and the questions you and I asked. I added a garage large enough for two cars and installed a door leading directly to the living room, which can be accessed directly from the garage. I also created a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, and a second bathroom next to the walk-in closet. The central area houses the living room, dining room, and kitchen. I tried to position each element in the most convenient location.

There are two children's bedrooms and a master bathroom. This was chosen as the master bathroom because it has enough space to accommodate a sink, bidet, closet, shower, and bathtub. I made several changes and additions, as you can see in the attached plan.

For the exterior of the house, I tried to choose the most appropriate materials for a modern look. You can see the results in the attached rendering. You can also see the doors and windows are of different sizes, which I did to maximize light and create a more modern look.
