Project description

After studying the plot and analyzing sunlight orientation and wind direction, we developed an architectural concept that fully aligns with your requirements, including raising the site level by 55–65 cm and defining the placement of entrances, the garage, and all interior functions to achieve optimal visual and functional performance.

Site Circulation & Access
The main pedestrian entrance is positioned on the southwest façade, accessed through a pathway of separated stone steps leading directly to the main door.
From the right side, a secondary path connects to the garden, where the glass pergola appears—functioning as a secondary entrance that leads directly into the living and dining area.
The garage is placed on the north side, recessed from the main entrance façade to reduce its visual impact, while providing additional interior space for DIY and maintenance work. It also serves as a third access point to the house.

Interior Layout – Clear Separation Between Day & Night Zones
- Day Zone: An open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with a guest toilet and direct access to the pergola.
- Night Zone: A private office, two bedrooms with two bathrooms, and a flexible multi‑purpose room that can function as a home cinema, entertainment room, or guest bedroom.
- Garage Zone: Direct access to the house with extra workspace.

Exterior Architectural Concept
The exterior design adopts a modern composition with varying roof heights to create architectural movement:
- A sloped roof for the day zone with a narrow skylight and an extended roofline covering the pergola.
- A lower flat roof for the night zone.
- Materials include dual‑tone stone cladding, black PVDF‑coated aluminum roofing, and HPL window frames with a wood finish, complemented by integrated large planters to enhance the natural feel of the façade.

Interior Identity - Black & White with a Signature Accent Color
The interior design follows a modern approach built on clean, defined lines and a strong contrast between black and white. This combination creates a refined, organized, and visually calm atmosphere.
A single accent color is introduced in each space through furniture, artwork, or decorative elements—to give every room its own character while maintaining overall harmony.

Unified Concept - Clean Lines from Exterior to Interior
The entire project from pathways and landscape design to the exterior architecture and interior spaces is built around the idea of precise, clean lines that express a contemporary style in a distinctive way.
Black and white are used as the primary colors to highlight these lines and emphasize the modern identity of the project, while the accent color inside each space adds a subtle personal touch without disrupting the overall coherence.
