The design features a hierarchy of roof lines and ceiling heights to add movement and character while keeping the overall look calm and refined. Two separate entries are provided to create a clear formal arrival and a more private everyday access.

The material palette combines exposed concrete, natural stone, timber-look finishes, glass, and dark steel accents. The color scheme is kept neutral and elegant, with charcoal, warm grey, taupe, beige, off-white, and soft timber tones to create a modern but welcoming feel.

The garage is set back so it does not overpower the front elevation. At the rear, the house opens to a comfortable backyard with a pool and outdoor hangout area, making the home suitable for both family living and relaxed entertaining.
