We are very happy to have participated in your contest.
The design was done with the aim of creating a bright villa, facing south and with windows that follow the sun from sunrise to sunset.
The main entrance of the villa is located on the west side of the house and has 4 steps with a height of 15 cm.
At the moment of entry, a wardrobe is foreseen for the guest, after which two corridors are provided, one for access to the children's sleeping area and the other for access to the laundry, the main bathroom and the parking lot.
The main bathroom is equipped with full facilities including a wardrobe, a twin sink and a bathtub next to a large window facing an enclosed garden with a view of the sunrise.
In the parking area, a place to park two cars, a closet for storing things and a small area on the east side of the stairs for carrying out some anticipated work have been designed.
The parking area is located slightly back from the entrance to the exterior apartment and a single wall with a height of 3 meters as an aesthetic element encloses the garage door from the entrance to the apartment.
The main part of the villa is the living/dining area, an open area in the center of the villa facing the south.
This area is equipped with large windows facing the south and one window on the west and one on the east, ensuring the presence of sunlight from sunrise to sunset.
The layout of the living area is south-facing, and a bio-fireplace complements the south-facing view in the living/dining room.
On the east side of the villa is the master bedroom, in a place away from the traffic of other members of the house, with a large window facing the east, a window facing the south and a window facing the west in the walk-in closet, where the south and west windows are projected to face the garden.
A library on the east side of the living room, in addition to its aesthetic function, is projected as an element to reduce noise between the living room and the master bedroom.
In the master bedroom, a walk-in closet with a large sliding door is planned, which when opened will create an open space with windows facing east, west and south in the bedroom area.
On the exterior of the villa, a bio-pergola with a glass roof equipped with a retractable awning and folding glass doors is planned.
The pergola faces south with access to the dining area and kitchen and is also equipped with a full barbecue.
A swimming pool is proposed on the south side of the villa.
The house design is done using modern colors with dark and light contrasts and wooden elements are planned to create a warm and natural atmosphere in the house.
For the exterior, we proposed two material styles, one with a dark and light combination of micro cement materials and the other a combination of micro cement and stone materials.

Il progetto è stato concepito con l'obiettivo di creare una villa luminosa, esposta a sud e con finestre che seguano il movimento del sole dall'alba al tramonto.
L'ingresso principale della villa si trova sul lato ovest dell'abitazione ed è costituito da 4 gradini con un dislivello di 15 cm.
All'ingresso è previsto un armadio per gli ospiti, dopodiché si accede a due corridoi: uno per la zona notte dei bambini e l'altro per la lavanderia, il bagno principale e il parcheggio.

Il bagno principale è dotato di tutti i comfort, tra cui un armadio, un doppio lavabo e una vasca da bagno accanto a un'ampia finestra che si affaccia su un giardino recintato con vista sull'alba.
Nell'area parcheggio sono stati previsti due posti auto, un ripostiglio e una piccola area sul lato est delle scale per eventuali lavori di manutenzione.

L'area parcheggio è situata leggermente arretrata rispetto all'ingresso dell'appartamento esterno e un singolo muro alto 3 metri, come elemento estetico, delimita la porta del garage dall'ingresso dell'appartamento.

La parte principale della villa è la zona giorno/pranzo, un open space al centro della casa esposto a sud.

Questa zona è dotata di ampie finestre esposte a sud e di una finestra a ovest e una a est, garantendo la presenza di luce naturale dall'alba al tramonto.
La disposizione della zona giorno è orientata a sud e un biocamino valorizza la vista a sud dal soggiorno/sala da pranzo.
Sul lato est della villa si trova la camera da letto principale, in una posizione appartata rispetto al passaggio degli altri membri della famiglia, con un'ampia finestra esposta a est, una finestra esposta a sud e una finestra esposta a ovest nella cabina armadio, dove le finestre a sud e a ovest sono aggettanti verso il giardino.

Una biblioteca sul lato est del soggiorno, oltre alla sua funzione estetica, è progettata come elemento per ridurre il rumore tra il soggiorno e la camera da letto principale.
Nella camera da letto principale è prevista una cabina armadio con un'ampia porta scorrevole che, una volta aperta, creerà uno spazio aperto con finestre esposte a est, ovest e sud nella zona notte.
All'esterno della villa, è prevista una biopergola con tetto in vetro dotato di tenda da sole retrattile e porte a libro in vetro.
La pergola è esposta a sud con accesso alla zona pranzo e alla cucina ed è inoltre dotata di un barbecue completo.
Una piscina è prevista sul lato sud della villa.
Il progetto della casa è realizzato con colori moderni con contrasti chiari e scuri ed elementi in legno sono previsti per creare un'atmosfera calda e naturale.
Per gli esterni, abbiamo proposto due stili di materiali: uno con una combinazione di materiali in microcemento chiari e scuri e l'altro con una combinazione di microcemento e pietra.
