Dear owners,
The project try to respond to your needs to renovate the rooms of the living room, hall and dining room of your house.
As you will see the project includes few architectural interventions (demolition / construction); it focus on a restyling of the existing spaces, which already have a well-defined characterization.
The dining room has been converted into a sitting room where you can sit to read a book, chat with your guests or listen to good music; in the living room instead the TV (above the fireplace), a large sofa and dining table remains.
I split ideally the space creating a strong difference of lighting environments going from the cozy darkest (entry and sitting room) to very large and bright room (living / dining room), also thinking about the actions that take place in the different rooms (see ‘PLAN’).
The design of the living area follow the new fireplace setting, fully revised according to a more classical style, as you requested; also the stucco on the walls follow this trend, soften by the combination with much more modern furnishings (chairs, sofa ...).
In the entry room I placed a wall modular furniture where you can leave your coat or change the shoes, with a classic style that have a good interaction with the rest of the rooms.
For the floor I chose an oak brushed parquet, but I think a careful restoration and polishing of the existing one is more than enough (eliminating the threshold of different material between entry and living).
Talking about the budget, I putted all the prices of the furniture provided and considering the low cost for the total construction works, the total should be ok with your budget.
