decorating an urban terrace w/ greenhouse

Briefing

Hello everyone, we recently renovated the terrace and we'd like now to refurbish it to make our terrace a cozy place, where we can chill out. Our key demands are:
- a table for 6 (minimum) people, for lunches and dinners with friends
- some shadow, especially in the south part, but we'd like to avoid installing awnings
- a greenhouse in the yellow-colored area - we highlighted 2 different options for the greenhouse area, pick up your favorite one. Bear in mind toilet's window is becoming a windowed door in the next few months

Features and limitations to be taken into account
- Keeping the olive tree, the indian fig and the kumquat is a must, but we are open to add plants
- Lights, electric plant, conditioning air and iron works are given - no invasive interventions are allowed, but in the yellow-colored area
- Washing machine, dryer and heater w/ its can't be moved, removed or changed
- We would like to limit customized furniture as much as possible, ideally being able to buy everything off the shelf

Budget:
- please provide separated budget for
1. furnishing, including plants and anything related to them (max 6,000€)
2. greenhouse (max 10,000€)
3. any other intervention (e.g. change the metallic structure) - no max here, but we'd like to minimize this as much as possible
- do not include any bureaucratic cost

Hola a todos, recientemente renovamos la terraza y nos gustaría re acondicionarla para que sea un lugar acogedor, donde podamos relajarnos. Nuestras demandas clave son:

- una mesa para 6 (mínimo) personas, para almuerzos y cenas con amigos

- algo de sombra, especialmente en la parte sur, pero nos gustaría evitar poner techos/tiendas

- un invernadero (marcada en el plano de color amarillo, resaltamos 2 opciones diferentes para el área del invernadero, elija su favorita). Tenga en cuenta que la ventana del inodoro se convertirá en una puerta con ventana en los próximos meses


Características y limitaciones a tener en cuenta:

- Mantener el olivo, el higo indio y el kumquat es imprescindible, pero estamos abiertos a agregar plantas

- Se proporcionan luces, planta eléctrica, aire acondicionado y trabajos de hierro. No se permiten intervenciones invasivas, en el área de color amarillo.

- La lavadora, la secadora y el calentador no se pueden mover, quitar ni cambiar.

- Nos gustaría limitar al máximo los muebles personalizados, idealmente para poder comprar todo de la estantería


Presupuesto:

- proporcione un presupuesto separado para:

1. mobiliario, incluidas las plantas y todo lo relacionado con ellas (máximo 6,000 €)

2. invernadero (máx. 10.000 €)

3. cualquier otra intervención (por ejemplo, cambiar la estructura metálica) - no hay un máximo aquí, pero nos gustaría minimizar esto tanto como sea posible

- no incluya ningún costo burocrático
