from a warehouse to an open space

Briefing

ENG. Transformation from ware-house to living-space. I'd like to create an open space with a kitchenette and a bedroom (not completely separated and closed). There is a mezzanine (around 1,80 mt. in the highest point) that can be used as a children space with a balustrade).
I want to put 3 or 4 skylight, at the moment there are 3 windows as shown in the pics. The roof is sloped: the highest height is 4,00 mt., the lowest is 2,45 mt., the width is 5,50 mt. The bathroom is in the not-sloped part of the ware-house ((not included in the pics), so not needed in the project.

ITA. Creazione di uno spazio open in magazzino inutilizzato con cambio di destinazione d'uso (residenziale - atelier). Desidero un open-space con angolo cottura e zona notte (valuto la possibilità di non chiudere completamente la zona notte - il letto - ma lasciarla parzialmente aperta).
Il tetto è inclinato (4 mt. il punto più alto, 2,45 mt. quello più basso e una larghezza di circa 5,50 mt.). Inserimento di 3 o 4 lucernari. Il bagno è nella zona non inclinata del magazzino, nella bozza allegata è indicato (questa parte è già a posto). C'è anche un soppalco che nel punto più alto è 1,80 mt. e con una balaustra potrebbe essere utilizzato come ripostiglio o zona per bambini.
