Briefing

Hi dear designers,

I’ve opened this Contest because I need to renovate the façade of my house and build a new one adjacent to the existing one from scratch. The new villa would be a 2-stories house of 120sqm. I’d like the facades to be modern, with minimal colours like black or white, with big windows. I’d also like to have a glazed porch facing the small pool to use as living room. I need it to be covered with windows, so its surface does not fall within the regular cubic footage I can use. The houses should have exactly the same style.

New house should be 3 meters away from the existing one. The length of the house should be 6 meters. I am going to link the two houses with a pergola. The new porch facing the pool should be 5 meters long.

As regard the existing house, unfortunately I can’t move the existing openings (doors and windows). I can renovate the fixtures and the windows as long as I don’t spend a fortune 😊

The second villa is a separate house but by law it must be connected via a portico. Living area on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms on the first floor.

Vorrei ristrutturare la facciata della villa già esistente in stile moderno bianco o nero con vetrate e a fianco della villa già esistente un altra villa su 2 piani per un tot di 120mt. La seconda villa che andrei a costruire anche qui in stile moderno con vetrate e con un bel pergolato attaccato che fa anche da sala, chiuso con vetrate (di modo che non venga cubato) e che dà sulla piccola piscina. Le case devono essere un tutt'uno con lo stile
La casa se il comune lo permette sto distante 3 mt qndi le 2 pareti della casa diventano cieche e lunghezza del lato della casa 6 mt e mi unisco con l altra villa con un pergolato.e poi solito pergolato dall altra parte 5mt Max e piscina.
Per La ristrutturazione della villa esistente, visto che ha muri portanti non posso modificare di molto le aperture.bisognera giocare su serramenti vetri legno...bo!(menospendo meglio e')
