dear Client ... here it is , best regards
*both apartments got access to the elevator and stairs
*the stairs used as a secondary entrance for APT(A)
*in APT (A) the entrance through the stairs is facing an existing wall which could be used to increase the privacy since this door is parallel to the main door which leads to the building
*both apartments entrances through the elevator are leading into the middle of the apartment -between the living and sleeping areas-
*why we do have a big space for WC in APT (B)? since this bathroom has no windows we need to reduce the feeling of enclosure which can be done by increasing the space .
*all the sliding doors that leads to the Terrance in APT(B) has taking advantage of.
*no windows or sliding doors have been removed or a new have been added
*both apartment got almost the same space (even if APT -B- more bigger than the other ) and both apartments got the same number of rooms and spaces -1 master bedroom - 1 small bed room - bathroom - kitchen - dining - living
