Residential - Apartment
For the interior layout of the space you requested, I developed two design alternatives.
In Alternative 1, the kitchen is open, and all spaces โ the living area, dining area, kitchen, and entrance โ flow together as one continuous environment. The kitchen is arranged along the north wall so that the hood sits close to the existing vent and the sink is near the wastewater pipes. A wardrobe is placed next to the entrance. After the TV area, there is a cabinet for tableware, positioned next to the kitchen. The dining area is located by the windows and the terrace door, allowing the table to be extended easily whenever needed.
In Alternative 2, the kitchen is enclosed and separated from the other spaces with a sliding door. The dining area, living area, and entrance remain open but are defined as more independent zones. The dining table is placed next to the kitchen entrance, and additional chairs can be added if needed.
In the living area, along with the TV and corner sofa, I included shelving for books and tableware, plus a single armchair that can act as a reading corner or an extra seat when hosting. The wardrobe near the entrance helps visually separate the entry zone from the living room.
I hope these layouts meet your expectations.
