rustic tuscany kitchen but not too much

Attualmente viviamo con la mia compagna e mia figlia di 4 anni in un appartamento arredato in modo moderno al primo piano che accedo tramite una scala interna. Dalla stessa scala accedo al vecchio appartamento dei mie nonni al piano terreno che andrò a ristrutturare e per il quale sto cercando ispirazione. Essendo molto costoso fare un'unica abitazione abbiamo pensato di ristrutturare il piano terreno facendo un grande ambiente giorno di circa 34 mq, un bagno, un ripostiglio e una stanza da utilizzare come stireria-sgombero. l'appartamento a piano terreno ha un proprio ingresso e particella catastale quindi un domani potra essere usato come appartamento autonomo. Avrei bisogno di progettare dell'area giorno che sarà una grande stanza divisa da uno scalino e un arco in mattoni che che verrà utilizzata per fare cene con amici e parenti e piccole feste. Il soffitto è a volticine toscane ma molto probabilmente (avrò la certezza solo dopo aver tolto l'intonco) sono stati utilizzati forati e quindi non particolarmente belli da lascaire a vista. I muri sono in mattoni (attualmnte intonacati) ma nche qui non sono particolamente belli esteticamemente perchè era abitudine delle mie zone utilizzare parte dei mattoni bruciati delle fornaci del paese. Pur preferendo l'arredamento moderno stavamo progettando un arredamento rustico (ma non troppo), una taverna moderna, andando a valorizzare l'achitettura tipica toscana come archi e muri in mattoni. La soluzione migliore che abbiamo pensato per la cucina è di fare da un lato lavandino fuochi (eventualmente anche cucina in muratura) e dal lato opposto dispensa e frigo con elettrodomestici di libera istallazione. L'altra parte dell'area giorno andrà a traino dello stile della cucina e oltre ad un grosso tavolo non ho particolari esigenze. Lo stile potrebbe anche essere industriale ma non so se adatto al progetto.

We currently live with my partner and 4 year old daughter in a modern furnished apartment on the first floor which is accessed via an internal staircase. From the same staircase I access the old apartment of my grandparents on the ground floor that I am going to renovate and for which I am looking for inspiration. As it is very expensive to make a single house, we decided to renovate the ground floor making a large living room of about 34 square meters, a bathroom, a closet and a room to be used as an ironing-clearing room. the ground floor apartment has its own entrance and cadastral parcel so one day it can be used as an independent apartment. I would need to design the living area which will be a large room divided by a step and a brick arch which will be used for dinners with friends and family and small parties. The ceiling has Tuscan vaults but most likely (I will be sure only after removing the plaster) they were used with perforated brick and therefore not particularly beautiful to leave on sight. The walls are brick (currently plastered) but even here they are not particularly beautiful aesthetically because it was customary in my areas to use part of the burnt bricks from the furnaces of the town. While preferring modern furniture we were planning a rustic (but not too much) furniture, a modern tavern, going to enhance the typical Tuscan architecture such as arches and brick walls. The best solution we have thought of for the kitchen is to make a sink with burners on one side (possibly also a built-in kitchen) and on the opposite side a pantry and fridge with free-standing appliances. The other part of the living area will follow the style of the kitchen and in addition to a large table I have no particular needs. The style could be industrial but I don't know if it fits the project.



Actualmente vivo con mi pareja y mi hija de 4 años en un moderno apartamento amueblado en el primer piso al que se accede por una escalera interior. Desde la misma escalera puedo acceder al antiguo piso de mis abuelos que voy a reformar y para el que busco inspiración. Como es muy caro hacer una casa individual, decidimos reformar la planta baja haciendo un gran salón de unos 34 metros cuadrados, un baño, un armario y una habitación para ser utilizada como cuarto de planchado, cuarto de juegos. El apartamento en planta baja tiene entrada propia y parcela catastral por lo que un día se puede usar como apartamento independiente. La distribución de los espacios ya está diseñada y creo que está bien para mis necesidades. Necesito diseñar la sala de estar, que será una gran habitación dividida por un escalón y un arco de ladrillo. El techo es de bóvedas toscanas, pero lo más probable es que (solo después de quitar el yeso lo estaré seguro) se usaron con agujeros y, por lo tanto, no son particularmente hermosos a la vista. Los muros son de ladrillos (actualmente enlucidos) pero incluso aquí no son particularmente bonitos estéticamente porque era costumbre en mis zonas utilizar parte de los ladrillos cocidos de los hornos del pueblo. Si bien preferíamos muebles modernos, estábamos planeando un mobiliario rústico (pero no demasiado), una taberna moderna, para realzar las bóvedas de ladrillo típicas de mi zona. La mejor solución que hemos pensado para la cocina es hacer un fregadero con quemador de un lado (yo pensaba una cocina empotrada) y del otro lado una despensa y una nevera con electrodomésticos independientes. La otra parte del salón seguirá el estilo de la cocina y además de una mesa grande no tengo necesidades particulares. El estilo podría ser industrial pero no sé si encaja con el proyecto.
