The main concern of this project is to make quality space in small place. With the kitchen linear we have enough counter space and funcionality. the small peninsula can be an extra counter for kitchen or a seperate breackfast or fast dinning area. The main concept of the kitchen is to have a straight line so in drawing as in color and materials. So the kitchen counter becomes the fridge board and then a small seating area. Under this space we have cupboards (same as kitchen's) and save some extra space. Now from this small sofa you can watch tv (as it is hang on the opossite wall). You have enough light for it is next to the window and it is near to the dinning table - so in case you want to have a more open space and lots of people, it can become one large sitting space). The dinning area is well lit and haw also view of the tv. The table is set for 6 people and can become bigger - so 8 people can have dinner in comfort. Finally, next to the dinning area and on the opossite wall of the kitchen area, we made a small extra space. A rocking chair with a small side table and lamp, for rest and reading, in case you are alone, or you want your own corner. Everything follows the palette of colors in the plan, and the lights also. Our suggestion for a normal budget is IKEA furniture and lighting. You will find everything in our plans.
