Hello dear client,
I present you my project which attempts to implement at most your requirements for a new better layout for your kitchen. I created for you a mud room plus a really good size pantry. Opening up the wall between the kitchen and dining will create a beautiful large open space that you can enjoy with family and friends. Since the project is only for layout and I didn`t know your preferences on design, the photo that I have included aims only to show you how your kitchen can possibly look.
