Dear architects,
We have a 40 sqm attic in the centre of Rome , near Villa Borghese that we would like to totally renovate. The attic includes a balcony however we would prefer you to focus on the indoor.
Our requests are:
– Living room/kitchen, both open space or separated options accepted.
– Bedroom with a closed en suite bathroom
– Bathroom with preferably a bath yet considering possible solutions with a shower
– Possible options of where to put an electric heater
– Great attention to the functionality of the spaces
– We would like to only get solutions with built-in closet.
– We would like the same colour for all the flooring (including the bathroom one)
– at the entrance on the right we like a little bathroom with washbasins and wall-hung WC
-we like workink desk
Our preference of the style are:
-Modern style
-Light nuances
-Light wooden floor
-Pocket doors in every space
-LED lighting
We already have the outdoor windows fixtures in stainless steel.
