I Have taken upon myself a slightly different approach for my Design Concept of the land and the 10 Villas by creating an internal semi-private pedestrian Piazza, shared by all 10 villas and connecting to the pathway between Via Aldo Moro and Via Ugo La Malfa on the neighboring school border. By thus, each villa will have an access from the Piazza and another from the streets and private garden. The Villas are attached together and with the Piazza in-between, gives a mini-private compound or townhouses vibes.

Each villa consists of an open living space, two bathrooms and two bedrooms with a total area of less than 50 meters sq. each. These spaces are connected to an Entrance/Staircase Core that include a small laundry room below the staircase.

The villas are all of the same size and design. Mirrored and connected, while the garden of each villa differs in area but same design elements and concept. Each Villa Have its own swimming pool that exceeds 5 x 3 meters in area and a dedicated parking lot Infront.
