Project description

Dear client,
We are very happy to have participated in your contest.
We set two main goals in our design, firstly, to present a different design from the initial proposal presented by your design team, secondly, to design villas in several different types that, while all the villas are in harmony with each other, have differences in facilities, especially on the second floor (sleeping area), so that more choices can be created for different tastes of customers and users, which in turn increases the added value of the villa complex.
We assumed the design to be a collection of different but integrated villas.
We tried to protect the garden and pool area from the street as much as possible.
Considering that the staircase continued to the roof, we considered it as a separate box and placed a separating door for it on all floors.
We divided the outside of the villa into two parts: the parking lot (entrance) and the garden (pool), and tried to separate and protect them from each other with some elements.
We considered the living room to be a space connected and integrated with the garden, and placed the kitchen in a place that has good access to the garden.
We used boxes with shrubs and green plants to separate the terrace and roof garden of the connected villas, and in case of conflict with the regulations, a combination of walls and these boxes can be used to separate them.
