Project Statement (English)
This project focuses on designing a home that seamlessly combines modern and contemporary aesthetics with optimal functionality and efficient space utilization. The primary goal is to create a warm, social, and practical space that meets the diverse needs of a five-person family while offering an inviting and elegant environment for entertaining guests.

Primary Design Objectives:
The design of the ground floor aims to fulfill two main objectives:

A cozy and social living space for daily family life, including the kitchen, living area, and workspace.
A separate and suitable environment for hosting guests without compromising the family’s privacy.
Key Design Features:

Social Kitchen and Living Area: An open, integrated space allowing the lady of the house to stay connected with the family and guests while cooking. A kitchen island and dining table provide seating for 8, with the flexibility to accommodate more guests using a console.
Functional Entryway: The entryway features wood or stone finishes with concealed storage for shoes, backpacks, and jackets, offering both functionality and aesthetics.
Privacy and Comfort: A master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a freestanding oval tub, WC, and bidet ensures tranquility and comfort.
Versatile Workspace: A multipurpose home office with space for a single bed, desk, and closet, catering to work needs and additional flexibility.
Guest-Friendly Spaces: A compact guest restroom and a separate family TV lounge provide convenience and comfort for both family and visitors.
Fireplace Retention: A dual-sided fireplace design enhances the room’s ambiance, adding both warmth and aesthetic appeal.
Efficiency and Cost Management: Plumbing and utility systems are planned to minimize changes from their current locations, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Laundry Room Addition: A dedicated laundry area is incorporated to enhance functionality and organization.
This project allows complete freedom in demolition and reconstruction while prioritizing budget-friendly solutions and high-quality materials. The result will be a warm, beautiful, and functional home that caters to the demands of modern living.
