The new apartment project includes: an entrance-secretaire; a living area that includes living room and kitchen; three bedrooms, two doubles and a single room; a pantry-closet; two bathrooms, one of which is connected to the master bedroom, and a laundry room.
In order to maximize the space and get more areas, the entrance door to the apartment has been replaced from 1.30m with an armored standard size door.
The entrance is wide and welcoming: there are a coat rack with several hooks to multiple heights, two white libraries, versatile and adaptable to the needs and a secretaire desk, with space to hide any cables, a comfortable swivel chair with armrests, which helps to make the most of space and use the area, by clear and uncluttered lines, and also as a study area.
On the right, past the entrance area, an open living area (kitchen / lounge), composed of a black extendable table, which seats up to eight people; a dark gray sofa with chaise-longue and the yellow bean bag.
From every seat the TV is visible, which is integrated in the kitchen.
The space is extended and enriched by light and bright details like the yellow beanbag, white, blacks and yellow pillows, and the thick dirty white carpet.
The terrace is furnished with a slender and elegant coffee table equipped with chairs of the same style and a gray convertible sofa for relaxing moments.
In each house is of fundamental importance the Closet / Pantry: here, it is furnished with a wall guide that allows to combine shelves and hooks, to adapt the spaces to different needs.
The guest bathroom is distinguished by its triangular okite washstand, a circular undermount sink and a large shower. Next to it, a laundry designed so that it can contain every appliance and supporting furniture.
In the first room, Master Bedroom 2, the furniture in dark motifs contrasts with the brightness of the room and create a functional and welcoming space. The bed, two bedside tables, a dressing table and wardrobe are made of a solid structure and a strong personality.
The bed will be completed with a cover-light gray down jacket in line with the style of decor with bold and elegant colors.
Regarding the second bedroom, single bed, the white color has been chosen, to brighten and visually expand the room: it has a single bed with drawers and a wardrobe recessed in a niche in order to restore freedom to the environment and leave plenty of space to access the second balcony. The duvet cover will be yellow again.
The third bedroom, Master Bedroom 1, opens onto a large terrace. The atmosphere, full of light, is furnished with a double white bed with both a headboard with adjustable shelves, provided with holes for the lamp cables or chargers, and underlying containers. The striped bedspread recalls the white of the bed, the spacious wardrobe and the gray bench-box, at the foot of the bed. A space with sophisticated taste and light-colored.
The master bathroom with shower is designed with healthcare and stylish washbasin. To emphasize the simple lines, the space of both of the bathrooms is enhanced by ETIC Ebano tiles, a dark color, both for the interior of the showers and for the walls around the washbasins. A pleasant and elegant space.
All the floors of the rooms and the tiles of bathrooms and kitchen are porcelain stoneware, inspired by the essence of the natural wood, that reproduces faithfully nodes, veins and unevenness of the material, but of practical use for a livable house. The hue ETIC Ebano hue gives a strong taste to the apartment design and makes the whole area contemporary and stylish.

Il progetto del nuovo appartamento prevede: un ingresso-secretaire; una zona giorno che comprende soggiorno e cucina; tre camere da letto, due matrimoniali e una singola; una dispensa-ripostiglio; due bagni, di cui uno a uso della camera matrimoniale padronale, e una lavanderia.
Al fine di ottimizzare gli spazi e ottenere più ambienti, il portone d'ingresso all'appartamento da 1.30 m è stato sostituito con un portoncino blindato di dimensioni standard 90cm.
La zona d'ingresso è ampia e accogliente: vi sono un attaccapanni con numerosi ganci a più altezze, due librerie bianche, versatili e modulabili a seconda delle necessità e una scrivania secretaire, dotata di spazio per nascondere eventuali cavi, e accoppiata a una comoda sedia girevole con braccioli, che permette di sfruttare al meglio lo spazio e utilizzare l'ambiente, chiaro e dalle linee ordinate, anche come zona studio.
Sulla destra, superata la zona dell'ingresso, si apre la zona giorno (Cucina/Sala), composta dal tavolo allungabile nero, che può ospitare fino a otto posti; dal divano grigio scuro con chaise-longue e dalla poltrona a sacco di colore giallo.
Da ogni posto a sedere è visibile la tv, integrata nel piano cucina ad angolo.
Lo spazio è esteso e arricchito da particolari chiari e luminosi, come la poltrona a sacco gialla, i cuscini bianchi, neri e gialli, e il tappeto a pelo lungo bianco sporco.
Il terrazzo è arredato con un tavolino snello ed elegante provvisto di sedie dello stesso stile e una poltrona grigia a sacco trasformabile per i momenti di relax.
In ogni casa è di fondamentale importanza il Ripostiglio/Dispensa: arredato con una guida a parete che permette di combinare ripiani e ganci, per adattare gli spazi a diverse esigenze.
Il bagno per gli ospiti si distingue per il piano lavabo triangolare in okite, un lavabo circolare sottotop e un ampio piatto doccia. È succeduto da un ambiente lavanderia pensato in modo da poter contenere ogni elettrodomestico e mobili di supporto.
Nella prima camera, Letto Doppio 2, i mobili dai motivi scuri contrastano con la luminosità della stanza e creano uno spazio funzionale e accogliente. Il letto, i due comodini, la specchiera e l'armadio guardaroba hanno una struttura resistente e una forte personalità.
Il letto sarà completato con un copri-piumino grigio chiaro in linea con lo stile dell'arredo dai colori decisi ed eleganti.
Per la seconda camera, Letto Singolo, è stato scelto il colore bianco, per illuminare e ampliare visivamente la stanza: ospita un letto singolo con cassetti e un guardaroba incassato in una nicchia, in modo da restituire libertà all'ambiente e lasciare ampio spazio di accesso al secondo balcone. Il copri-piumino riprenderà il colore giallo.
La terza camera da letto, Letto Doppio 1, si affaccia su un ampio terrazzo. L'ambiente, ricco di luce, è arredato con un letto matrimoniale bianco dotato sia di una testiera con ripiani regolabili, e provvista di fori per i cavi delle lampade o caricabatterie, che di cassetti contenitori sottostanti. Il copriletto a strisce, richiama il bianco del letto e del capiente armadio guardaroba e il grigio della panca-contenitore, ai piedi del letto.
Un ambiente dallo stile sofisticato e dai toni chiari.
Il Bagno padronale con doccia è disegnato con sanitari e lavabo eleganti. Per sottolineare le linee semplici, lo spazio di tutti e due i bagni è impreziosito dal rivestimento Etic Ebano, dal colore scuro, sia per gli interni della doccia che per le pareti intorno ai lavabi. Uno spazio piacevole ed elegante.
Tutti i pavimenti degli ambienti e le finiture dei bagni sono in gres porcellanato, ispirato all'essenza del legno dal carattere naturale che riproduce con fedeltà nodi, vene e irregolarità della materia, ma di pratico utilizzo per una casa da vivere tutti i giorni. La tonalità Etic Ebano dona un gusto deciso al design dell'appartamento e rende l'intero ambiente contemporaneo e raffinato.
