Description

The project divides the space into two separate rooms : a bedroom and a living room.
Moreover the idea is to contain the investments limiting the interventions on the current structure and keeping the current windows and doors opening ( with the exception of the new entry door at the second garage)
The living room fills the area close to the new bifold door (which replaces the garage door) in order to create a relax area where reading a book and watching TV (the space for television is inside a system wall where placing books and other material).
The area in front of the entry to the hallway is clear in order to create a space where children can play.
Along the new share wall of the two rooms there is the passage to the bedroom and to the new door connected to the garage. With the aim to separate the rooms and giving depth to a small room, in this area the height is 2,20 mt. instead of 2,40 mt. as well for the living room.
The cupboard which contains the hub central station is in a recess create with drywall wall (7). The recess is hidden and it has the doors in sheet metal net in order to ensure the ventilation.
The bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe with an area of 3,50 mt., a central double bed and a study area with a desk, a chair, drawers and a pouf seat.
The wardrobe is behind the double bed, wall in drywall or wood separates it by the rest of the room and the access is through sliding doors in mat glass or wood placed at both sides of the bed . Here, like in the other room, different heights ceiling shares passage area from central bed area. In passage area the height is 2,40, instead in central area the height is 2,20 mt.. Entrance back door will be kept and lied an external door in wood or aluminum, according to your preferences.
The lights are situated along the ceiling’s throat as described in “ceilings and lights board”, in this way the light is suffused and dynamic without annoying. Moreover there are: two wall lamps on the new share wall of the two rooms, a table lamps in the bedroom for the night/evening studying and spotlights built in ceiling in the wardrobe.
The suggested material are durmast’s wood or related according to the local providers and upholstery color are cream, grey or red. For the system wall and the cupboard with the hub central in terms of color we suggest white nuances in order to create a warm and bright space and to make it seem bigger than it is really
I hope that my design meets your expectations and needs, kind regards.
