I realized a patio to connect the two houses, from dining area and living room you will have nice view on vegetation. I tried to minimize the changings in the old house ( the kitchen and sanitary are where they were) but reorganized the space to optimize and add all the rooms you required. Canopy will shade the south facade from sunlight.
