The plant is divided into a living area and a sleeping area. The living area consists of a large entrance hall, a living area and a linear kitchen. All in a single open space. it is possible to eliminate the TV wall if you want an unic wall window overlooking the sea, based on whether or not you need to see the TV). Inside the living room a laundry area has been designed, shielded by a system of folding panels (it is possible to invert the layout of the laundry room, if you prefer it can be inverted and opened in the hallway of the sleeping area). Between the living area and the sleeping area there is a shared bathroom for the three double bedrooms, each equipped with double bed, bedside tables, mirror, wardrobe and armchair. The idea is that of a clean and well distributed environment through which it is possible to enjoy the sea view.

L'impianto è suddiviso in una zona giorno e una zona notte. La zona giorno è composta da un ampio ingresso, una zona giorno con sofà e una cucina lineare con tavolo. Il tutto in un unico open space. E' possibile eliminare la parete tv se si vuole una finestra unica a parete vista mare, a seconda che si voglia o meno vedere la tv. All'interno del soggiorno è stata progettata una zona lavanderia, schermata da un sistema di pannelli pieghevoli (è possibile invertire la disposizione della lavanderia, se si preferisce si può invertire e aprire nel disimpegno della zona notte). Tra la zona giorno e la zona notte è presente un bagno in comune per le tre camere matrimoniali, ognuna dotata di letto matrimoniale, comodini, specchio, armadio e poltrona. L'idea è quella di un ambiente pulito e ben distribuito attraverso il quale è possibile godere della vista mare.
