Cordiali saluti,
Grazie per questa opportunità.

Dear customers, We hope you enjoy our proposal as much as we enjoy designing the "Conca del sole" house.

With a minimum of demolition, our concept was to have an open living space facing the sea and an intimate sleeping area for the family.
I started by removing the entire border wall on the south side of the building as well as part of the border wall on the east side of the building to have a clear view of the sea, and placing the living room on the south side to take advantage of the beautiful view, the entry will also be moved. The result is therefore a large living room with an open kitchen, a dining area, and the living room enjoys a beautiful view.

For the night part we have a master bedroom with a dressing room and a master bathroom , two bedrooms , a shared bathroom and a laundry cellar.
the windows are large on all sides of the building to always be able to see the sea, except on the west side we only have a small window in sandblasted glass.

For the garden we have a wooden terrace (pergola) in which to place an area for outdoor dining, a large table for family and friends on the south side with an unobstructed view of the sea thanks to the glass railing , and on the north side we have a second open terrace with an outdoor barbecue. and we have 2 car parks with a metal carport.
I thought about the privacy of the family through the planter or the metal fence... for the windows we can use the extruded blinds I invite you to see the attached link for more information (https:// www.archiexpo.fr/prod/pinto/product-158611-1948768.html)

Finally, the house "conca del sole", will be a house for bonfires at sunset, sea view ... all designed to fully enjoy the wonderful place

As always, we remain available for any questions/clarifications/modifications to make this design the best fit for your family's needs.

Sincerely,
Thank you for this opportunity.
