Description

In this design, an attempt has been made to make many changes at a low cost. Many solutions were tried to replace the elevator, the best of which was to create an elevator between the terraces. And providing access with glass doors on the second and third floors, as well as the continuation of the elevator on the roof and the use of the roof as an open space. As you requested, the roof is used as an open space, meaning that each unit uses the top of its unit and leads to the roof from inside the house, as well as access by elevator if you wish. Also, the middle space is divided between the units and the location of the chimneys has not changed. The roof plan is included in the floor plan collection.
By reducing the barbecue area and moving it to the other side, a space has been designed for the elevator to access the terraces of the first and second floors.
The placement of elevators between the terraces has created space for the overall entrance of the building and a sign has been designed for the entrance.
Modern facades and materials such as wood, metal and concrete have been used in the design of the facade, and shaders have been used for the terraces to be closed if necessary. Glass rails have also been used for shelter on terraces. You can also use wood or wood design for the roof of the terraces
I hope you enjoy the design
