The design approach for the proposed façade and interior improvement is govern by the design principle of clean and simple design and "homey feel" of modern home. The color swatches for the exterior intend to minimize the dirt presence / appearance by introducing gray color and the polished concrete finish keeps away the dirt from sticking on the surface.
The proposed landscape design was intended to be simple to minimize maintenance. The open lawn with few patches of shrubs make the feel of clean and calming feeling.
