At the first our team reviewed the defined internal layout of the space and we found that there is no technical issue. Due to you had mentioned that it has satisfied you; we focused on forms, colors, materials and elevations according to the terms of aesthetically.
The main aim was to design a modern space by clean lines and warm and different materials which is highly energy efficient and inexpensive.
Sustainable design
We tried to prepare a sustainable exterior design for this purpose the flowing items has been done:
1- Using the photovoltaic system on the roof
2- To prevent soil degradation; exterior spaces are designed in a stepped manner according to the slope of the site plan.
3- Using the glass body in the balconies tried to absorb the most natural light
4- We have been tried to connect the building to the surrounding green environment by using flower boxes around the site.
