The house is not designed as a continuous space but is divided into clearly defined, modular areas that are still interconnected.
Characteristics:

- Room Clusters: Rooms are grouped into functional units, e.g., sleeping area (bedroom, bathroom), living area (living room, dining room), work area (office, workshop), or children's area (children's room, play area).

- Independence: Each cluster can be semi-autonomous, e.g., with its own entrance, sanitary facilities, or light source, to promote flexibility and privacy.

- Connection: Clusters are linked through hallways, open transitions, or shared spaces (e.g., kitchen, living room) that serve as the "core" of the house.

- Flexibility: The layout allows for adaptations, e.g., for multigenerational living, home offices, or guests.

Advantages:

ENG:
The building plot is located on a small hill in the middle of a forest. Due to the special building regulations, we are curious to see how our wish could be realized using cluster architecture.

The rough specifications are:
-Each unit may be a maximum of 35 m2 in size
-The maximum height is 3 meters
-Flat roof
-As much glass as possible and with shading elements (e.g. canopy, blinds but no shutters)
-No bathtubs in the bathrooms - only showers
-We very much like a minimalist design in the style of the Bauhaus. No superfluous or heavy elements, no frippery etc. Simple, functional bungalows are what we want.
-The construction can be carried out with steel/concrete or wood. We are open to this.

The building site is developed with electricity and has its own well. The development can be carried out in stages. It should also be possible to add further units in a later stage.

We envision the following units:

Technical building with surge tank, electricity connection and central heating (we heat with wood) (approx. 18 m2).

SPA:
El terreno se encuentra en una pequeña colina en medio de un bosque. Debido a la normativa especial de construcción, nos interesa ver cómo se podría hacer realidad nuestro deseo mediante la arquitectura de clústeres.

Las especificaciones generales son:
- Cada unidad puede tener un máximo de 35 m²
- La altura máxima es de 3 metros
- Techo plano
- La mayor cantidad de vidrio posible y con elementos de sombreado (por ejemplo, marquesina, persianas, pero no contraventanas)
- No hay bañeras en los baños, solo duchas
- Nos gusta un diseño minimalista al estilo Bauhaus. Sin elementos superfluos ni pesados, sin adornos, etc. Buscamos bungalows sencillos y funcionales.
- La construcción se puede realizar con acero/hormigón o madera. Estamos abiertos a ello.

El terreno cuenta con electricidad y pozo propio. La construcción se puede realizar por etapas. También debería ser posible añadir más unidades en una fase posterior.
