The design proposal for the luxury resort includes 3 main zones. A recreational zone with a country club and its facilities ( Restaurant, gym, spa, bar, banquet room, outdoor area...) along side a park with children play area, café and gazebo. The sports zone includes soccer and tennis courts. The residential zone has 3 types of units. Small 2 bedroom units, 3 bedroom units and luxurious villas with pools.
