Piano terra:
I confini dell'edificio esistente sono stati utilizzati per distribuire il programma principale:
Una camera da letto principale con bagno privato.
Due camere da letto secondarie con bagno in comune.
Un ufficio, un ripostiglio, una scala e un ascensore.
Un corridoio centrale collega il garage con le camere e l'accesso al piano superiore.

Il garage, come nuovo blocco, situato a nord, vicino all'ingresso, è stato attaccato alla costruzione esistente per utilizzare il tetto come terrazza.
La sua forma irregolare ha permesso di allargare la scala d'ingresso, mettendo in risalto l'accesso.

Piano superiore:
Comprende un bagno di servizio, una dispensa, una cucina, una sala da pranzo e un soggiorno, collegati a una terrazza sopra il garage. Le aree di servizio sono collocate verso il retro, mentre le aree sociali formano un unico grande spazio, che consente una certa flessibilità.
Il ritiro obbligatorio ha generato una piccola terrazza perimetrale.

Articolazione degli spazi:
la sfida programmatica è come collegare gli spazi, privilegiando la fluidità spaziale senza perdere le principali visuali verso le montagne e il mare. Le principali strategie per raggiungere questo obiettivo hanno a che fare con gli assi di circolazione.
Abbiamo scelto di spostare la scala interna verso sud, in modo da non interrompere l'articolazione della zona giorno con la terrazza, consentendo di sfruttare l'intera larghezza disponibile.
La scala d'ingresso esterna è stata collocata a nord-ovest per incorniciare con la sua copertura la vista sul mare ed evitare di tagliare la vista sulle montagne. I primi gradini sono stati sfalsati per renderli visibili dal fronte, aggiungendo gerarchia e peso visivo alla composizione della facciata.

Materialità: per la composizione della facciata sono stati utilizzati diversi materiali, innanzitutto l'intonaco dipinto di bianco per evidenziare l'orizzontalità, soprattutto nei cornicioni, poi i pannelli modulari in wpc simili al legno e la lamiera nera, che si alternano sotto il cornicione bianco, e infine la pietra, che evidenzia la verticalità, soprattutto all'ingresso.

Ground Floor:
The limits of the existing building were used to distribute the main program:
A master bedroom with en suite bathroom.
Two secondary bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
An office, a storage room, a staircase and an elevator.
A central corridor connects the garage with the rooms and the access to the upper floor.

The garage, as a new block, located to the north, next to the entrance, was attached to the existing construction to take advantage of the roof as a terrace.
Its irregular shape allowed for a wider entrance staircase, highlighting the access.

Upper floor:
It includes a service bathroom, a pantry, kitchen, dining room and living room, linked to a terrace over the garage. The service areas are placed towards the back while the social areas form a single large space, which allows for flexibility.
The mandatory setback generated a small perimeter terrace.

Articulation of Spaces:
the programmatic challenge is how to link spaces, prioritizing spatial fluidity without losing the main visuals to the mountains and the sea. The main strategies to achieve this have to do with the circulation axes.
We chose to move the interior staircase to the south, so as not to interrupt the articulation of the living area with the terrace, allowing to take advantage of all the available width.
The exterior staircase was placed to the northwest to frame the sea views with its roof and avoid cutting the views of the mountains. The first steps were offset to make it visible from the front, adding hierarchy and visual weight to the façade composition.

Materiality: for the composition of the facade several materials were used, first of all the plaster painted in white to highlight the horizontality mainly in the cornices. modular panels wpc similar to wood and black sheet metal. these modular panels alternate position under the white cornice. and finally the stone, highlighting the verticality and mainly in the entrance.
