My concept involves distancing the Garage from the Main House and External Staircase allowing for the creation of an Inner Patio while the extended Living Space above in the Upper Floor acts as a Shed for the mentioned Patio. In this way, the Upper Floor looks as a container raised above the ground and supported by the House and the Garage itself. The house from outside is surrounded by soft Landscape that has been used all around the House.

Opens Space Concept has been used designing the house. This design allowed for the creation of multiple Terraces. 2 above the old house perimeters and the another above the Garage where the jacuzzi is included. This latter Terrace acts as an extension to the house and Living Space.

A panoramic elevator embraced by the Inner Staircase with dimensions of 1.65 x 1.60 meters. Spacious and can be executed whether choosing Italian brands like GMV, Nova Elevators or Benelifts or any other brands.
