La nostra idea è quella di creare un ambiente in “stile Marino”mixato con elementi classici (Industrial chic o boho chic) con utilizzo di
materiali/ arredi in legno , ferro e corda l’esigenza è quella di ricavare comunque un totale di almeno 5/6 posti letto totali ( 1 matrimoniale + 3/4 in altra area della casa) sfruttando al massimo arredi, letti a soppalcò o altro per ragazzi adolescenti . La casa verrà utilizzata prevalentemente da una famiglia di 2 persone con un ragazzo al seguito . L’ esigenza di creare più posti letto è per accogliere a volte gli amici di nostro figlio . Il bagno esistente verrà ristrutturato completamente ma rimarrà con l’attuale metratura. Abbiamo 2 ipotesi
Prima ipotesi
Ingresso abitazione che accede nel soggiorno/cucina (letto matrimoniale da collocare a scomparsa ?) e la camera rimanente sarà destinata agli altri posti letto
L’area esterna, da cui si accede nell’abitazione , verrà utilizzata per cenare all’aperto
In quella retrostante la casa, dovrà trovare posto una lavanderia, un doccia è una vasca idromassaggio
Sono gradite anche soluzioni (per entrambe le ipotesi) tramite l’installazione di pergole chiuse tramite vetrate rimovibili
Seconda ipotesi
In questo caso prevediamo che la cucina, con annessa area ristoro per cene all’aperto, sia collocata in esterno sul retro dell’abitazione, quindi si darà prevalenza all’area soggiorno dell’abitazione eventualmente inglobando anche parte dell’area esterna

materials / furnishings in wood, iron and rope the need is to obtain a total of at least 5/6 total beds (1 double + 3/4 in another area of the house) making the most of furnishings, loft beds or other for teenage boys. The house will be used mainly by a family of 2 with a boy in tow. The need to create more beds is to sometimes welcome our child’s friends. The existing bathroom will be completely renovated but will remain with its current size. We have 2 hypotheses
First hypothesis
Home entrance that leads into the living room / kitchen (double bed to be placed retractable?) And the remaining room will be used for other beds
The outdoor area, which leads into the house, will be used for outdoor dining
In the one behind the house, there will be a laundry room, a shower and a hydromassage tub
Solutions are also welcome (for both hypotheses) through the installation of pergolas closed by removable windows
Second hypothesis
In this case, we expect that the kitchen, with an adjoining dining area for outdoor dining, is located outside at the rear of the house, so prevalence will be given to the living area of the house, possibly also incorporating part of the outdoor area

Nuestra idea es crear un ambiente de “estilo marino” mezclado con elementos clásicos (Industrial chic o boho chic) con el uso de
materiales / muebles en madera, hierro y cuerda se necesita obtener un total de al menos 5/6 camas totales (1 doble + 3/4 en otra área de la casa) aprovechando al máximo los muebles, camas altas u otros para chicos adolescentes. La casa será utilizada principalmente por una familia de 2 con un niño a cuestas. La necesidad de crear más camas es, a veces, dar la bienvenida a los amigos de nuestro hijo. El baño existente se renovará por completo, pero se mantendrá en su tamaño actual. Tenemos 2 hipótesis
Primera hipótesis
Entrada de la casa que conduce a la sala de estar / cocina (¿la cama doble se colocará retráctil?) Y la habitación restante se usará para otras camas
El área al aire libre, que conduce a la casa, se utilizará para cenar al aire libre.
En la de atrás de la casa habrá lavadero, ducha y bañera de hidromasaje.
Las soluciones también son bienvenidas (para ambas hipótesis) mediante la instalación de pérgolas cerradas por ventanas extraíbles.
Segunda hipótesis
En este caso, esperamos que la cocina, con un comedor contiguo para comer al aire libre, se ubique afuera en la parte trasera de la casa, por lo que se le dará predominio a la sala de estar de la casa, posiblemente incorporando también parte del área al aire libre
