Dear Client,

Altought it is said that one image speaks for 1000s words, I would like to add just few words....over that 1000s already said!

1. KITCHEN is placed to lowest right corner, of living area, so the rest could be used for much more attractive content, like dinning and living area.

2. STORAGE ROOM, is the part of corridor, very useful for bikes, etc...

3. STUDIO room is in its place, right to the entrance.

4. SLEEPING AREA has 2 full sized bedrooms, of 14+m2 and 2 bathrooms
and one single LAVANDERIA room.
